The Orchestra

The Bremen Young Chamber Orchestra consists of around 20 young musicians between the ages of 12 and 26 who work together on a variety of projects. Due to the somewhat smaller group, there is a very intimate atmosphere in the orchestra. Although the rehearsals are intensive, there is also plenty of fun to be had. We grow together as a group through projects such as the annual cabbage tour or rehearsal weekends. Martin Lentz has been the conductor and director of the Bremen Young Chamber Orchestra since 2012. The orchestra rehearses every Wednesday from 5.30 pm, alternating between Bremen-North and Bremen-Centre. We invite you to concerts and new members are always welcome!
